Kate Yeoman

MSc (physio) BSc (sports sci) MCSP, HCPC

Kate Yeoman is a Physiotherapist and Founder of Sigma Physiotherapy. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Science & Injury, going on to complete her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, resulting with a chartered status.​

Her 9-year career as a competitive swimmer fuelled her ambition to understand how to treat, rehabilitate and train athletes. She believes you can overcome any injury or psychological barrier with dedication, and a positive attitude. ​

​Kate focuses on blending biomechanics, pain science, and foundational strength and conditioning principles to provide a unique approach to treating patients. Kate has come to understand that treating the area of injury only acts as a temporary solution and investigating the cause of the injury is the key to reducing further risk of injury, improving health and optimising performance.

Kirby Dinnigan

BSc (Hons), Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist

Kirby is an experienced Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. With a Sports Science & Injury Management degree and Health & PE teacher qualification Kirby is an expert in fat loss and muscle building.​

Kirby has always loved sport and being active & is a firm believer that fitness should always be enjoyable and personalised to clients needs.

Her extensive knowledge and experience in principles of training and sports nutrition’s has meant she is able to facilitate people in changing their lives, without crash diets and endless cardio.
